Copyright
When you upload an image to wasaga.com, you alone are responsible for proving
that you are the copyright owner. Each photo upload is logged by IP address, and
is time & date stamped. You can be identified by this information, so please do
not break any copyright laws.
In the event of a complaint, it is our policy to air on the side of safety
and remove the image. It is not worth your time or ours to end up in court over
a photograph.
Use of Our Photographs
We ask that anyone who might be interested in using an image from wasaga.com
please consult with the original owner in advance. We cannot guarantee that
images from wasaga.com will not end up on other websites or in other media, but
our terms do state clearly that the owner retains copyright. Unfortunately, some
people do not respect the work of artists and will "borrow" them without
permission. We do beseech those who use wasaga.com to respect the rights of
photographers.
Problems
If you find an image in the wasaga.com photo gallery which belongs to you,
please contact us at info@wasaga.com and we
will remove it immediately.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not use or sell any data which is collected
here to spammers. You may have to provide your name and email address so that
people can contact you for permission to use your photograph. We also log IP
